Yeah, I recently went back. A lot has changed for the better. I think it’s a bit more accessible to beginners now, especially with an actual tutorial, but it’s still hard as balls to master.

Besides the middle school spin-off manga/anime series starting next month, there are two other manga spin-off series, 3 light novel series, 4 visual novels, 2 animated movie adaptations, a 3DS game, a mobile game, a Maplestory crossover event, a film split in to two parts (the second one coming out in 3 days,) a CD

Agreed, Feng Lee’s tribute game is fantastic for a fan game. I spent hours playing a much earlier version of it.

Aren’t people burnt out on Attack on Titan at this point? The volume of Attack on Titan content since the anime’s release has been insane.

I’m not a big fan of double tapping to do any action, tbh, but Dawn of Dreams was pretty decent. At that point tank controls were horribly out of fashion. Games were no longer using pre-rendered environments or fixed cameras. Those practices were dead dead dead. DoD was basically Onimusha’s attempt to modernize, and

I’m kind of surprised that they killed Onimusha after Dawn of Dreams considering that it spawned two manga.

God, Onimusha was cool. The series is also dirt cheap now, so I recommend playing it.

I’m not sure who’s idea it was to put Geralt in Onimusha Souls, but I’m totally down for it.

Their naming scheme is beyond convoluted, but I am happy that these games are getting ported for the big screen. If that means that I have to put up with the most idiotic names of all time then so be it.

I wonder just how random the stage creation actually is. Is it possible to get an entirely enclosed box preventing enemies from getting KO’d or does the map have certain requirements?

Regardless of how you feel about his ban, you have to give it to Riot for not caving to his (or other gaming celebrities’) demands and threats.

I’m still hoping for a Runaways reboot.

It looks fantastic. This might be the first HD remake I’ve seen that strives to remain true to the style of the original. Everyone wants to go with ultra-realism, but it doesn’t work sometimes.

Everyone is currently talking down to Kimishima, but I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt. Nintendo wouldn’t have kept him around this long if he wasn’t competent. Do you think that part of this backlash is the “no fun allowed” photo that Ashcraft decided to use?

As far as I can tell, it had next to zero marketing.

Maybe I should by Disgaea for the PS3 that I one day hope to own.

My first Mario experience was in the mid-90s. My uncle was a drug addict who still lived with his parents and I used to get babysat my grandmother regularly. Whenever my uncle was out on a bender I could sneak into his room and play Super Mario Bros., Duck Hunt, Tetris, and Contra. Of course, I didn’t know he was on

The India one is so bizarre. How can anyone think that’s appropriate? Was the worker totally ignorant or was he being racist? I would’ve taken the opportunity to educate the guy, and no, that’s not a euphemism for beating the shit out of him.

Wow, my reading comprehension skills are off the chart. I totally glazed over the word “under.”

Are you saying that the next place accepted you or threw you out? I’m confused by the smiley face.
