Finally, a reddit thread I've participated in. I always seem to miss the good ones.

VAC bans scare the shit out of me. With a huge library like mine I might literally cry if I get banned.

Kotaku's priorities kind of confuse me. They're very quick to publish non-video game stuff, and on others (like this) they're hesitant to even mention. I guess it's good that they're waiting for some sort of confirmation though.

Activision and Blizzard had a merger to form Activision Blizzard. While the company is still divided between a Blizzard side and an Activision side, saying that they're completely separate isn't entirely true.

People forget that Blizzard is part of Activision. I don't think Activision games show Blizzard's name and Blizzard games show Activision's name even though they're both subsidiaries of Activision Blizzard.

I remember the autism changes being pretty controversial, at least amongst autism groups.

DSM 5 seemed to be controversial in many areas. I didn't think people would care as much as they did about a lot of the changes.

To my knowledge Pedophilia has a fairly large section under DSM-5 (published in 2013,) so unless psychiatrists are willfully ignoring the APA, it is still considered a mental illness.

Seriously though, tutorial hippo is an asshole. Why they put three of them within the first ten minutes of the game is beyond me. I'm at soul level 100 and it still takes me a few spell casts to kill it.

Implying that digital copies aren't real.

Hmm, it's kind of strange that they'd make him so old. In the books I remember him being childish (hence the tantrum about beets and cats,) I would imagine that the change in age either means that they changed his personality for the show or he looks completely ridiculous being so old and immature.

How old is he in the TV show? I didn't watch past the first five or so episodes so I'm out of the loop in terms of the differences between the show and the book.

Why do I not remember Tommen getting a cat. I remember him whining about wanting a cat, and Margaery being all "Stab your mother in the back, you're the king after all!" But I don't remember it actually happening for some reason. I should revisit the books at some point.

Was thinking the same. The blue roofs remind me of the tarps you find on a lot of hovels.

Out of curiosity, what would currently be considered a "good" discount on a dualshock 4. I want to get one.

I was thinking the same. I'm almost positive Tera has controller functionality because once I had my controller plugged in and it showed an image of a controller in one of the corners. What the purpose of the image was, idk, but it was there. I didn't have any interest in playing with a controller so ignored it.

If the whole thing wasn't so well documented for the past 2+ decades then I might be more skeptical. I mean, the whole story is just so out of this world.

It just feels so off for me. IDK how to describe it. There's button combinations that shouldn't be necessary like shift+(whatever), sprint/dodge was mapped to the space bar and jump was mapped to F, which was ludicrous to me. Also, double left/right click had functions, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how

No way. Cheesy Garlic Bread tastes too generic. I felt like I picked up one of those TGIF snack bags. Chicken and Waffles brought something new to the table, even if the execution was flawed. Chicken and Waffles wasn't the best of the three, but it was the most unique. If I want garlicy chips then those exist
