I think the reason I feel that way is because I do normal adult things all day anyway. I don't want to come home and read about someone else who is doing the exact same thing. It's exhausting.

This actually isn't too outrageous if you've ever seen Latin-American talk shows. They use all sorts of gags and stereotypes. Check this one out, it is perhaps the most terrifying thing that I've ever seen, but my grandparents always watched it.

When you think about it, "Is that what I think it is?" is a dumb question. The reason being that no one actually knows what you're thinking, which elicits the response "What do you think it is?" Wouldn't it be a lot more efficient and all-around less annoying to say "Is that X?"

Can someone explain the appeal of a trackball mouse please? I really don't understand the function of that ball, does it serve as another scroll wheel or does it do the same thing as the mouse laser (move the cursor)? In what context would something like this be useful unless you're using it on a surface which doesn't

That's funny considering that they're one of the better (and only remaining) adventure game devs. I've yet to try most of their games, so I don't want to make a broad statement about the studio, but given my experience with The Walking Dead and Back to the Future, I'm looking forward to trying their other games. I got

I never go in to an adventure game thinking that it is a video game the same way I do other games.

I'm currently playing through Back to the Future and I'm enjoying it very much. The jokes are pretty funny and it definitely had the Back to the Future vibe. I mostly play it when I don't feel like getting too worked up, like in the school library.

Saying that a PC release is coming is completely speculatory. Rockstar hasn't made any comment about a PC release, let alone a release date. While it seems likely that one will eventually be released given its demand, there is no guarantee that it is coming, and it may be in the distant future for all we know.

Got ya!

The video in the link is actually kind of terrifying. Being able to pick up the rifle and become proficient with it in a couple of hours? Considering that military snipers get extensive training, who is this really helping? It seems like we're playing with dangerous technology, and before it is released the developers

Fallout actually got me in to Jazz quite a bit. I don't listen to it all the time, but if I'm playing a low-action game like Civ 5 then chances are I've got a Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, or Billie Holiday Pandora station playing.

That's my thought on this as well. It seems like it would be difficult to entice late adopters. I think that the game's price will probably look more like a hill to be honest, low initially, high after the first week through the first six months, then back down.

This will probably be taken out of context but, for indie games it is significantly more difficult to drum up hype. Indie games simply don't have the type of marketing budget as big games, and short of the devs going from forum to forum posting links, the whole thing is word of mouth. That's not to say that it is

I guess it is possible. If it was ever talked about before then it would've just been referenced as a mysterious title. According to Wikipedia ("wikepedia isn't a credible source" blah blah blah, I know) details about the game weren't made public until January 7th when Game Informer released their January issue. Prior

It obviously wasn't clear enough.

New Humble Weekly Bundle featuring the games of Bohemia Interactive, including the ARMA games.

Based on the clips I've seen the Monogatari series is pretty strange. I don't think this clip is some weird fetish thing, but it doesn't fit in to the comedy genre either. The series is on my list of things to watch.

Just did a Kotaku search for "evolve". It only returned one article that was actually about the game, and it basically just linked the Game Informer article.

Why have I never heard of this game? I just watched Gameinformer's interview with the devs. It sounds fantastic, I'm looking forward to it. I hope that they open the game up to mods eventually since they're going for infinite replayability.

Probably quite a few. Expect these:
