Yeah, Blue Dragon was pretty great, and Lost Odyssey was a nice time sink. In sheer quantity (and generally quality) of JRPGs the PS3 is the clear winner out of that gen's consoles. I'm hoping the Wii U sees more JRPGs in the coming months/years.

I have a GTX 660Ti with 4GB RAM, but that still seems a bit high. I just built my new PC 2 months ago, I feel like crying that software is already catching up to it.

No, most Americans seem to think of 4chan as the big bad wolf of the internet. It is definitely different. That having been said, 2ch is more popular than 4chan, and a lot of people are at least aware of some of 4chan's shenanigans.

My big problem with mods is that you can't use them online; even if your playing-mates have the exact same mods it still won't let you. It's really aggravating because playing Civ online with people you know is infinitely funner. I've learned a lot from playing with friends; one is a ruthless warmonger, another is

By god I want a Game of Thrones RPG. I'd prefer a turn-based one, but at this point I'll settle for a well done ARPG.

Did Martin actually have a hand in the writing?

I'm a JRPG fan, and I own more than just a PC, but I chose the wrong consoles apparently. The 360 is a JRPG dud, and so far 3DS and Wii U JRPGs have been limited. Hopefully that'll change because I'm not getting a PS4 at release.

Paypal is such a BS company, I refuse to do any business through them. I know someone who was making money legitimately through art commissions, and her funds were frozen for more than half a year.

Those are clearly domesticated milk bottles. Wild milk bottles don't just stand there like that.

Anyone notice K-ON in the music room?

G4 is really just a shell at this point. NBC doesn't want to invest in original programming, but they aren't going to get viewers if they don't. They really need to get another AotS-type show going, or maybe something more like The Daily Show. The return of a review show would also reestablish G4 as a gaming channel.

I've always wanted to play a game in a setting which I'm familiar with; these guys got so close, but I've only gone to Disney World, not Land. Bummer.

I don't see anything wrong with more research. Minus the cost argument, anyway.

Thanks for the link, I made a comment in that thread.

Hey Stephen, thanks for addressing my (and some other readers') complaints. As I stated in another thread, I don't have a problem with journalists having an opinion, and I encourage them to share their opinions. Putting opinions in to a non-opinion article seems somewhat unprofessional though; I think it'd be much

100% agree, the article was good up until the last paragraph. What's worse is that now he's goading you. It's fine for journalists to have opinions, in fact I would encourage them to share their opinions but not in the article. What I've seen some other authors on Kotaku do is comment on their own article to share

At this point, why anyone would still "back"—as if that money is actually an investment, instead of a straight-up donation—this amateur-hour console or any of its games is a mystery to me.

I wouldn't say that they're back to making good Sonic games; I also wouldn't have used Colors and Generations to make a point, I would've used Sonic 4 personally. I think that Sonic is trudging its way out of the shit hole it dug itself in to, but it still needs to take a shower.

You never know with these internet types.

The major problem with the GO was that it was released so late in the development cycle. The other issue was how expensive it was; at the time of release it was only slightly cheaper than the PS3. The PSP 3000 was also cheaper, and it had the added benefit of using both UMDs and downloadable games, the 3000 also had a
