I always play with subs, lately I've been having a hard time focusing on dialog if there is background noise or a lot of action. It isn't just video games either, the same applies to film and tv. I'm at the point where if it doesn't have subtitles then I just skip cutscenes (in games) or don't watch the tv show/movie.

Well if that rumour is true then it won't be rare anymore, but for now it's just a rumour.

Vintage is just bad word choice on Gamestop's part. Rare would be more appropriate since it got a very limited run; that's the only reason that it is so expensive now. If you look at Nintendo World Championships: Gold Edition (NES), it costs $15k not because it is old, but because there were only 26 ever made.

ITT: Who calls card games Trading Card Games and who calls them Collectible Card Games?

He was more excited than a soccer announcer. That being said, seeing, participating in, or getting a pentakill is pretty exciting.

If Microsoft back peddles any harder they'll be working on MS-DOS.

The year that this show came out this scene was the talk of Christmas for my cousin and I.

I salute your dedication to Snacktaku reviews; a 1 1/2 hour drive this time, and last time you were sick.

When I was a kid I thought Inuyasha's pacing and length were normal, but once I started watching other anime, especially ones not aired in the US, I learned otherwise. With the exception of some of the bigger cash cow shonen like Bleach, Naruto, and Fairy Tail, most anime have like 20 episodes, and that's what I've

I rarely watch live streams unless I want to scope out a game before buying it. I'll stream every once in a while though; mostly when my friends are bored and want to watch or if they want to spectate my LoL game without a 3 minute delay. I also have LoL Replay so when that rare pentakill happens, I have it recorded.

You criticize Gamestop for hiking up prices and get 50 recommendations, I criticize Gamestop for hiking up prices and resealing used games and selling as new and I get bombarded with hate. Welcome to the internet.

I'm not in to these remastered games; there just isn't enough change to warrant me buying it again. Don't get me wrong, if I didn't already own the game then I'd snatch it up; but I can pop my FF10 disc in to my pc and the emulator will do a pretty good job upscaling the game and getting rid of jaggies. Even PS1 games

The Ouya has a similar model, and while I don't like the Ouya's games, I do like the model. I think that this sort of thing works much better than a demo version and a full version, especially if your save file carries over.

Rumble is just okay for me. I think developers can utilize rumble in a lot of creative ways, but they just don't, which is disappointing.

Inuyasha is going to stay relevant for years most likely, it is constantly rerun on American TV; also they revived the series for a final season in 2010. Personally, I think it's overrated. It is one of the slowest animes I've ever seen, and if you look at one of the author's previous works, Ranma 1/2, the character

TBH, I'm surprised people are still commenting on this, it's been like 4 days? It seems I bunched a lot of panties with my comment(s).

Yeah, I guess, though it is a pretty costly thing to rent. It isn't really conducive to what I want to do. I have a theater room in the basement and my goal is to set up the entire basement as a cinema with a popcorn machine and a couple of arcade cabinets. I'm holding off on that though because it is expensive though.

It wouldn't be worth it for an extended period of time TBH. It comes out to $900/year and functioning arcade cabinets (in good condition) go for like $2k, so if you're gonna have it for a few years then you're better off saving up and just buying one.

I'm a fan of Massive Pwnage. They aren't the best in the world, but they have quite a few gems.

Which is why we should cut out the middleman. In today's market it is almost completely unnecessary for us to sell to Gamestop, Best Buy, or any other store. Like I said to another person who commented, I've been using Craigslist or selling directly to people I know, and while that means you might have to wait a week
