Maybe so, but it can be difficult to get 4 friends or family members in the same room, especially if you live across the country. They definitely have them in the US as I've been to more than 1 place with them. I've never found one in a dedicated arcade, but I've found them in go-kart/arcades and laser tag/arcades.
