My answer is purely anecdotal, but here it goes: My GF has Pre-check and I don’t. However, the last time she purchased tickets, my ticket also listed me as pre-check, and I was able to bypass the line the same as she did. So, maybe?

There’s some randomness to this but the airline will (usually) give my husband precheck if it’s booked on the same itinerary as mine. It’s up to the airline, not the airport.
