It would be similar to how everyone in Street Fighter can do variations of the Hadoken.

SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T READ ALL THE BOOKS: I'm pretty sure Qyburn's monstrous knight... thing is in fact the reanimated corpse of the mountain that rides or something similar to that.
Jaqen H'ghar can be the obligatory "Mimic" character a lot of fighting games have. i.e. the one which has the movesets of all the other characters and randomly switch which one he is using at the start of each round.
He did get more and more "worn out" with each successive resurrection though, maybe reduce his attack power, hp, each time he is resurrected. Maybe even make some moves/combos unavailable once you start to reach the limit of possible resurrections. (Something like 7 or 8 afaik?)
Actually, Joffreys fatality should probably involve his farourite tripple barrel crossbow.
There are some videos on YouTube that does the same thing with helicopters. Synching the rotor with the camera so that it appears to be static despite the helicopter flying around.
I think the best way would be to make Book 4 and 5 into two season, only the first season being the first half or so of Book 4 and 5 in chronological order, then the next season being the latter half of both books.

Especially since his "but, but... she's a woman!" just further shows how out of touch he is.
She should have been more regal in bearing, and not so much like a swaggering tavern maid. In my opinion, that is.
*Monor Spoilers* Well he does have an escape attempt.
The moment where Balon ripped off Theons pendant and his cape fell down?
Actually, after seeing the actress performance as Osha in season one GRRM reportedly liked it so much that he expanded the role of her character in the books.
Prince Tommen didn't show up at all last season, then finally made an appearance in the first episode this season. They will probably avoid casting people for roles that can be pushed back a bit until they will actually have something to do.
When he jumped off the roof and didn't smash through the window?
I like how her addition not only gives Monroe more stuff to do, but also serve as a handy upgrade for the Grimm Tech Support Hotline. Now Nick can ask a lot more specific questions about Vessen biology, medical issues, etc.
Actually they did, I think it was in an interview with IGN afaik.
Hi there Mr. Pot. Let me introduce you to my good friend, Mr. Kettle.
The reveal at the end where Britten realizes he was hallucinating more than just the penguin was great.
Falling asleep for any reason = Switch worlds.
