It’s not actually a mod but, CATACLEAN®️. Had a car with a bad catalytic converter and my OBD-II was reading bad O2 sensor. Dumped in a bottle of that stuff, on a 1/4 tank of gas, reset ECU, drove around for a day or so, and BAM passed inspection. Multiple times.
