@MifuneT: I get what your saying. You've been around Giz a while, I've seen your avatar. One thing I'm sure you've noticed is that Giz likes to report on things that are basically unfeasible designs or products that are unlikely to get made. The company website looks pretty dodgy, definitely not a company that will

@Felipe058: Pointless aside here. I work at Stanford and many postdocs sell their possessions before moving overseas. One thing I learned from this is that 99% of what academics own is IKEA.

@zibzer: It is, quite simply, the part we don't know about yet. These probably aren't even made yet. Gizmodo has a long history of reporting on things that are basically just design concepts and never get made. If you were an internet guy you'd understand.

Man this post is rife with haters. For all we know, these are just as good as Global knives with a black coating. Yet some people are assuming they must suck. If you are assuming something and then complaining based on that assumption, you are hating.

@zibzer: Way to choose the one thing we don't know about the product as the thing you are gonna hate on.

@comics0026: Science experiment: soak knife in bleach overnight and report back.

If MobileMe is required and MobileMe still costs $99 a year, then this thing is dead on arrival.

@dudemanguy: If you are interested in questions like this, you should have studied chemistry. Ponder this, a molecule of carbon dioxide is twice as heavy as a water molecule, but carbon dioxide is a light gas whereas water is a heavy solid. There is a lot more than elemental mass to consider when you want to get

@ddhboy: Well that's just silly. Of course the toxicity of a dirty bomb will depend GREATLY on the nature of the radioactive material inside. Length of halflife and nature of decay particles alone will be huge variables in how toxic it is.

@ddhboy: Really? One kilo of plutonium is enough to poison everyone on the planet. Seems like if you could aerosolize that, you could do some damage to a city populous.

@Scorpio GTX1: This... seems like it could be an entertaining video.

@A Magician Named Gob: @A Magician Named Gob: Justice is pretty great. However if you've been to one of their shows, the place blows up and dances hard for about 30 minutes until everyone tuckers out. The shows would be more fun if there was some ebb and flow so people could, you know, recuperate and then get going

@derekdj: Vaporware? That term refers to software that was never released. Facebook has definitely made it out of beta. Who let this guy in here?

@Ryan: Flailing arms you say?

@unsungfame: Indeed. It just seems dishonest to me.

@tyler.derden: Read the comments below. Already been addressed.

@Maxsplat: This is more of a satirical comment meant to draw attention to how this post is nothing more than the simplest of attempts to generate pageviews. On a day where most of the posts have been thin at best, this one actually provides no content.

If your iphone has ever dropped a call, reply to this comment.

@BoscoH: Like AT&T and Verizon banning Gizmodo from all Apple related events? Oh, right...
