Troll alert. He didd’t say the 4C was bad - he said he likes owning a manual. You don’t get to tell him that he is wrong about what he likes.

I will add my tale of non-point by woe. At my first Track Night in America event there was a guy in a Mustang (with the V8 and some suspension mods but not the best driver mod). He was miserable in the turns. Everyone except one guy was faster than him - but he would blast out of corners into the two passing zones -

My thoughts exactly. Just a little curve to launch it smoother and he would’ve had a much better chance of landing it. Not that the front axle still might not have come off - I’m doubting it was over-engineered quite enough to account for wicked jumps...

Well, I don’t think Peugeots really age all that different from most other cars built in the same era. People like to make crazy claims about certain brands (and there are a few examples, granted) but 44 years is 44 years most of the time. And I don’t think 60K or 160K would make that big a difference to a 44 year old

Yeah, this has got to be the king. The Fuelshark is a pretty good answer - but this is simply insane. At least now I know what it is when one of these comes flying off some hellaflush civic with a BMW badge.

Feel free. I’ll tell you if it’s reasonably priced, but I’ll likely not buy it. I don’t buy cars near as often as I vote on NPOCP.

Nope. Is this question meant to imply something?

These kind of posts always amuses me. What are you basing that off? If this didn’t spend a decent amount of it’s life cared for and in a garage, it would likely be a pile of iron shavings. So where is the skepticism coming from?

Maybe - there was a lot of turn left after he started terminal oversteer. That would fit with his mental lapse comment, too. It’s hard to see with the camera angle but he might have gotten the wheel off the pavement - it looks like he gets right up to/over the curve and then the slide begins. If he lost traction on

I agree that the races should go on. I think it’s a foolish thing to do, personally. There is Moto and GT racing where there is plenty of room to lay the bike down. There are still fatalities, but the number in recent years is way below the TT.

Oh hilarious. You incorrectly grammar-nazi’d someone while trying troll-hijack a thread. That is freaking hilarious.

This whole thread is pretty funny to me, cause my first thought was it was some kind of homolagated sedan made from all the other sedans being made now. I think everyone can see something of every other car in it.

The story I had heard was that the three of them decided pretty early on to not let the music be used in ads. I don’t think it was about marketing or selling out, just not having control of how it would be used - like how political ads used Born in the USA and Fortunate Son in some commercials even though the full

I admit I am all too susesptible to the Troll. Not sure why. I’ll get into something like this and it will remind me to stay clear for a while, then my guard comes down. Thanks for the post.

It’s all too true. And I’m not advocating not doing this stuff. I thinks it’s awesome and everyone should. I waste more time than I should daydreaming about doing a RWD/V8 conversion on a ‘99 Mercury Cougar simply cause it was the first new car I bought and have a big soft spot for it. Granted, it would be after

So why isn’t it absurd for me to disagree with what you post? But this is so positive to the community. Good thing you post so much.

1. I rechecked your recent post history. I saw very little positive. I’m sure you think you are - but you are not. I stand by that statement.

Man, I looked at some of your other posts. You are the saddest, bitter shit I’ve ever seen. On the plus side, I know not to bother posting to you anymore.

God, I really am tired of people saying this. The V6 Camry is realistically quite fast. There are going to be a lot of cars that are not faster in a straight line than a Camry. But that does not change the fact that Camry’s suck massive ass - or that a lot of those cars are going to be good cars to drive and own. The

I generally agree - I don’t think he’s out in left field with his pricing and I am sure he’s losing money since he went with new parts for the engine/tranny. But I think the reality is that it’s still a bit too high and that the reason is because of the choice of car to start with. I approve of projects like this and
