You don’t have to agree with them, but the Sanders campaign has repeatedly said they think a Sanders victory would by definition mean huge liberal turnout and a big margin of victory. So the thought there is that D majorities are totally possible.

How it is commonly used and understood absolutely matters. And for pretty much all the same reasons, context matters.

FWIW, it doesn’t make any effort to pretend it’s not biased in favor of the defense (and that the bias comes from the facts). I think the prosecutor keeps saying that specifically so people who haven’t seen it will put less stock in public opinion.

I actually feel a bit bad for Jones. CBS never quite showed what he got penalized for and he’s actually been a clean player for years as far as I know. I know he also speaks to rookies about how he screwed things up and how he turned things down. Just seems like maybe he didn’t do anything that egregious but managed

One thing they could maybe do is negotiate for WatchESPN advertising. I know a lot of people watched the games on there (myself included) and there was only ESPN/Disney advertising.

If it’s supposed to be, “a new tradition,” then why the hell is not going to be all of the next ten years? This is a bad idea to begin with and they’re half-assing it?
