@sugarhoneybabycakes: The Dynasty Themed Murder Mystery party script totally exists. I've played it!

@bluesbelle: Oh, I totally ran your first and second sentence together into one, thus conflating "Arun Nayer and superrich mofo" (which is also true anyway).
@bluesbelle: Arun Nayer isn't the father of her child, I don't think. She had that kid long before she was with him.
I see my username on the List, but neither of my email addresses.
@SNEAKERS: A hahahaha! number 9 is my favorite.
@SeymoursFatLady: Also — Tux jacket. I got mine at H&M for under $40 — it's perfect for throwing over a dress or dressy top, and has satin lapels so it looks dressy.
@abby.zwart: H&M has tons of sweater dresses right now. If you have an H&M anywhere near you...
@CassandraSays: Oh mah god, the Lake Champlain 5 Star Caramel bar is my crack.
@kthnx: Isn't butyric acid used in the flavoring for fake "butter" on movie theater and microwave popcorn, too?
I totally agree with you, Sadie. Hershey's kisses DO taste kind of gross. And I'm the person who buys $8 Vosges Bars (Barcelona Bar...ohemgee...best chocolate ever), and who's favorite souvenir from trips to Canada is Cadbury Flake (and ketchup chips, but that's a different post).
@Virginia(formerly Jen)loveshercurves: If I lived west of the Mississippi I would drive every time. I expect some trip I'll have to rent a car from Spokane/Kalispell/Salt Lake/etc. in order to get home.
@Virginia(formerly Jen)loveshercurves: Ah the joys of flying into and out of Montana...
@maxstaar: I love this. I vividly remember the first time I heard "Beat It," "Like a Rolling Stone," "Let It Be" and so many other great songs — all with my dad — so now they're special to me beyond being just great songs. And yes, I was the only 5th grader in 1990 whose favorite band was Crosby Stills and Nash.
@julieannie: Talbots is about seventy thousand times cuter now than it was 5 years ago. I think they saw what Ann Taylor was doing and realized they had to get with the program.
@awkwardsilence0711: I don't know, I bought this J Crew top last weekend and it. is. Adorable.
Sometimes you shouldn't apologize...
I went through a crappy breakup this fall and have felt pretty down about dating and men in general. It's heartening to read all these Jezzies' stories about great men who are obviously out there in the world. I'm using this post to make a list of requirements when I foray back into online dating in January.
I love getting dressed up, but don't really have holiday parties to attend, per se. My girlfriends and I take ourselves out for a fancy dinner once a year instead of buying each other gifts.
@AllieCaulfield: That's exactly what I said on Facebook when I heard this. I find them both obnoxious. I'll be DVR/Fast-Forwarding all the hosting bits.
@badhatharry: I can't stand him. You're not the only one...
