@bowleserised: Ooof, thanks. I'm going to take some time to wade through this. I've always admired Seal Press for staking out formerly un-staked-out territory and holding on to it, but now not so sure.

I only feel qualified to comment on the book part. Seal Press is well-known to be a feminist publisher, and they are generally not controversial. Who on *earth* authorized that book jacket over there?

No. No, I did not need to see a larger image.

@Gumbina80: Right? Plus the hemming costs an additional $25! (At least at Bloomie's it does. I am too lazy to do anything except have them hemmed at the store where I buy them).

@PetiteGal: Ha ha, like Hollywood, Broadway is (with a few notable exceptions...*cough*August Osage County*cough*) out of ideas.

Woody Allen putting ER Wood in this outfit: the definition of misogyny.

Andrew Lloyd Webber, is that you?

@sassymoniker: Which makes sense. Their costume designer is a protegee of Ms. Pat Field.

I'm sort of embarrassed sometimes to talk about how amazingly awesome my mom (and dad) are. How am I so lucky? What would I do without them?

2nd picture is better... but not much better.

@Kaehoku: Don't be upset. LuAnn has the best hair of all of them. That style is hard to pull off, so good for you!!

Yes! I've been waiting all day.

This photo would be on the Wikipedia page for every boring Spring Break location in south-southwest Florida.

@lisas: I know, I totally have a crush on her too.

@hortense: Bingo. My mom dieted on and off for years (grapefruit and yogurt only, banishing pasta, something different every week...)

@ineffable.me: Ex-freakin'-zackly. I generally tell guys I'm dating not to call me. If you have 2 hours to talk on the phone, then we should just hang out instead. Text me to make plans, and we're good.

Whoah, baby bitchface.

@ineffable.me: I had the exact same reaction. Dang Lady S. you were adorbs!
