Jay Leno, a man who owns every car in the known universe says that the Mercedez-Benz 600 is his favorite car. He…
Stalling. Fires. Fuel pump shutoff. The horn honking itself. These are just some of the problems Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram owners say they have experienced thanks to a faulty totally integrated power module, and now the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says they're looking into it.
Or in the case of a friend of mine, get another Asian guy who looks nothing like you to sell you his in a town that is 95% white. He never got denied.
Back in my day, we just asked a slightly older guy who looked a little bit like us to sell us his ID for $50 then he'd get a replacement for half that. You then shop for beer in the seedier parts of town where nobody really paid much attention or where they might be afraid of thinking that all (insert your race here)…
Nah bro...but the Hellcat is made by Chrysler and therefore it is a piece of crap. Doesn't matter how much horsepower it has...it will lose to a Honda because VTEC.
I can't speak for the AMG, but I've seen the GLA250 in person, and it looks pretty good. Certainly I like it better than some of Merc's other compact efforts of late (*cough* CLA)
100k cars like the 1992 Peugeot 405? and the 89 Shelby CSX? The Fiat Chroma Diesel? The Honda Legend?
My major issue with the CTS is the interior. Every one that I've been in that is more than five years old is full of squeaks and rattles. The cup holder cover, sunglasses, arm rests.... It would drive me absolutely insane.
I agree wholeheartedly with this. The SLs used to be the among the most beautiful cars in the road. The original Gullwing was a stunner, as was the "Pagoda" that followed it. The R107 wasn't quite as good but it's still gorgeous and ranks among my favorites. But everything after that has been crap, just gaudy country…
I am not proud of making this AOTD list.
I agree with you 100%. I don't find Cadillacs desirable *at all,* even though I'm a luxury-minded millennial. And I don't know a single person who would pay their own money for a Cadillac. I've sat in the newest generation and I concur it felt quite cheap and low-quality.
Agree 100%. But 15 years ago they were top to bottom dogshit. Only since 2007 have they made decent cars. You can't expect people to pay BMW money when your rep only goes back 7 years. Not how it works. PS: Cue's piano black bullshit in every model is fucking HORRENDOUSLY cheap looking
Well said.
"Every bit as great as the Germans they compete against". Ha ha ha, thanks for the laugh, I needed that.
Right. The AudiBMWMerc crowd is going to consider the ghettofabulous Escalade. With all the Government Motors recalls.
I'd argue it doesn't matter what they were doing if the airbag didn't go off.
Neutral: Because when a car company historically gives you less to worry about, you're not as mad when something does happen (read: Honda reliability)
