Oh, General Motors. You don't make loving you easy
Gawker gets me all the time with their 'clickbait' titles for articles they've (you've!!) shared on Facebook.
Normal article headlines/titles typically aren't bad, but the ones used on FB are a different story.
Gizmodo is the worst, because sometimes it's an article written by Jesus Diaz, and it just leaves everyone…
Here's a photo of a Ford Fiesta WRC, Ford RS200 and a Ford Fiesta ST to remind you that Ford is very good at making small vehicles that work in hugely impressive ways.
Dude, no more coffee for you! If all that piece did was make you angry then I feel sorry for anyone that lives with you.
It's not so much these words being banned as their issues apparently being so common that these particular words would be banned. Including defect. Which is a pretty useful word, in my opinion. It's not good for any company to recall 1.1 million cars. But where does 11 million lie on that scale? It's an astounding…
Not the way it works, I'm afraid. CU members each year receive surveys that allow them to grade all sorts of purchases, from vehicles to air conditioners, so it's not unsolicited feedback. And if that were the case, how do you explain the gold stars year after year for (shudder!) Toyota products?
CR asks its members for all kinds of information, about all kinds of products. It's not unsolicited, and their system is really streamlined, and allows for whatever info best describes the product. So, you're simply wrong. If someone's Focus is unreliable, then they're going to answer that query that way. It has…
This isn't an unsolicited sample. They send out surveys to 7-10 million with around a million responses, IIRC.
If there's a smoking gun in this whole GM fiasco it might be this: An internal PowerPoint presentation released by…
Sorry.
Why don't we all pool some money and revive Packard? Or Duesenberg? American Luxury can't be dead it's just hibernating.
I was talking to someone from Cadillac at an auto show once about the sad, largely uncompetitive state of Lincoln these days. And you know what? He was bummed about it too. "We wish we had someone to do this American luxury thing with us," he told me. It is kind of a shame they're the only U.S. brand really doing it…
Follow the baby boomer market with cars and trucks they desire until they die. Then die themselves.
Pay the ticket and expense it back to them. Charge them time to do the expense report.
Why does it anger you so much...how does someone who doesn't have room for/the desire for a second winter car buying an F Type with AWD make your RWD F Type any less enjoyable. Also, I'd hardly say that with 550 hp and over 500 lb ft of torque, it wouldn't benefit from AWD in some situations.
If that's a wart, these are fucking goiters.
They're not really anti-American. They're just anti-crap.
Thank you.
Yeah, a real PROFESSIONAL President would start a shooting war with Russia over a few square miles of another country on the other side of the planet. The last few wars we've been in have been great successes, after all!
