Can someone explain to me why Xavier is back to his old, wheelchair-bound self in DoFP? Didn't they kill him in the 3rd movie? I seem to recall that there was a post-credit scene in X3 (ugh) where they hinted that he'd transferred his consciousness into a new body, but wouldn't that mean he could walk? Was the other

Cable's not officially in this movie, probably because he's not a part of the original story, so it would just be shoe-horning him in for no reason; and I don't think he even exists as a part of the DoFP continuity, since both Scott Summers and Jean Grey were killed in the sentinel war (unless a later comic retconned t

Do I have faith in it? That's a weirdly specific word to use. Faith is often listed as synonymous with confidence and trust, but really it implies belief where there is no proof or evidence. So, no, I do not have faith in VR. But I do believe in the potential of VR: someday, I'm sure, we will have a virtual-reality

Teenagers make fun of each other for it, because they haven't matured to the point where they're comfortable with their sexuality, so they project their frustrations, fears, and shame onto one-another. But few adult men are ashamed of masturbating, and most will in fact openly discuss it as if it's nothing new—it is

Masturbation and sex are not mutually exclusive. Many men (myself included) masturbate even when they have partners.

Possibly. At least I'm not a dick.

You do realize that public nudity and masturbation are not the same thing?

You apparently live in a very different world from my own.

Objectivity is defined as something not influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudices. An opinion, conversely, is something made entirely of an individual's personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudices. Hence, objectivity and opinion are mutually exclusive, making an "objective opinion" a

Male masturbation has no stigma or taboo surrounding it. Also, the wang is a pretty self-explanatory piece of equipment, so it's not like we really need complex tutorials to get it right.

"You just can't create tension without a first-person perspective!"

That's a typo. He means "asoko," which is a generic noun used to refer to things which are close to neither the speaker nor the listener, and usually translated as something like "over there."

No thanks: a childhood and adolescence spent being fat-shamed by my peers has imbued me with a permanent and negative perception of my own body such that I'm pretty uncomfortable being me most days. (I have problems even being nude in front of my wife.) So I must, unfortunately, gently decline your well-intentioned

I am a heterosexual man, and I would rather die a virgin and be known as a decent, respectful, and humble human being, than be able to "have sex with any women that [I want]" and be like him.

I wasn't a fan of the required Kinect, but I did give MS credit for having a vision above and beyond "MORE HORSEPOWER=BETTER!!" Now that it'll be an optional peripheral, developers are bound to stop considering it: if you can't rely on your user base having an add-on, it becomes that much more of a gamble to support,

"...things that game companies sell as additional content never surprise me."

You misunderstand: I didn't say that the Sega CD didn't have any good games, I said that there is a history of consumers not investing in expensive peripherals, which is why the marketing was so much more important (especially if you're trying to convince people who may not even have a Genesis yet). Of course there

When you play the Game of Game of Thrones Posts, you post, or you die.

I think it started with the failure of the Sega CD. They should have realized that those kinds of add-on enhancements for consoles never sell well, but instead they went the other direction and made the 32X, when they ought to have just focused on making great Genesis/Megadrive games until the release of the Saturn.

Again: internets, etc. etc.
