Supercars do not cost that much, Hypercars do. This thing is in the same price landscape of the Koenigsegg One, which is cheaper, out performs it, and has the added selling point of exclusivity. Other cars in the same field incliude the Bugatti Veyron, Pagani Huayra BC, Lamborghini Aventador, Porsche 918 Spyder,

I don’t think it’s a matter of who should be allowed to build supercars (anyone, obviously) but the lack of anything to justify the price tag. Where European manufacturers come into play is that there’s an established history that lends to trust for a price tag, I.e. it’s more expennsive than Mercedes last super car,

Are you saying it’s just like the gays?

Is it just me, or does it look a lot like a Pagani?

Lots of thoughts here but most importantly, how did you not use:

Stealing this from YouTube to get stars here.

Gah these things are fugly. Its like a modern-day Edsel except all they did was to “Edselfy” a Mazda with that ugly grill.

We treated our political process as a reality TV show, now we have a reality TV show star who’s probably going to win.

It’s the official race director car of Formula-E and I’ve seen it in person and they’re making the batteries for the Koenigsegg Regera. So, yeah, definitely vaporware.

And the gearing and motors on Monster Tajima’s Pikes Peak car from this past summer. I met one of the Rimac engineers at the race, he was a EE who handled the control systems, and, if talking to him was indicative of the rest of the team, they are some extremely smart and motivated people. Definitely a company I’d

Mate Rimac’s recent Stanford talk is really worth a watch. They’re so much more than the BS vaporware-hype machine sum Chinese money laundering syndicate currently known as Faraday Future.

Outside the Tesla this is probably the coolest electric car. I kind of hope they become a Croat version of Koenigsegg.

The ghost of Nikola Tesla resides in Croatia, and he's coming for you, Musk!
