I imagine a super long (like, 10+ pages) list of checkboxes given the number of things the government is involved in. Although I would assume how funding is distributed would depend on how things are phrased - "government takeover of food" sounds worse than "regulation preventing rat poison as dinner meat".

Someone should really conduct a study that requires participants to allocate where their tax money would go. I would really like to see how funding would work out. I suspect schools, police, and roads would be fully funded.
