I agree completely.  Young people now are growing up thinking Jeep is just more trash. They’ll learn over their formative years that jeep is what you get when you’re really poor. It’s not good or desirable but you do it when you have to and bail when you can.

Rob Ford (RIP), would have loved this car. Seeing as it is a gigantic crack pipe.

Jeep has been slowly eroding its own image, so while this lull in sales might be temporary, they are taking a dangerous path.

No love for the new Regal Wagon (TourX)? I think the Regal Wagon is one of the best looking wagons you can get.

This right here. The Wrangler series are the only real Jeeps these days. The rest of just crappy Fiat Chrysler based lifted wagons. They are terrible.

I learned it from the movie Gleaming The Cube, where the guy’s door gets ripped off and the computer just kept saying THE DOOR IS AJAR, over and over again during the big chase scene.

Oh Florida.

Regardless of what country these things come from, other culture’s attitudes towards other races would make the US seem tolerant at times.

I wonder how much money he’s sunk into that thing.

“Once they’re lifted, local police reportedly said that the vehicles are dismantled within a couple hours of being purloined.”

I would be impressed if hackers managed to hack these remotely from home and just made them drive themselves to the destination.

That’s not an irrational fear, there are tons of poorly secured loads.

“it’s a Porsche - must be two gas pedals”

All of the systems you describe, with the exception of ABS, sound terrible and boring and I wouldn’t want them on my track car, either.

$40k for knowing it will never get stolen.

Those actually have a purpose. Contrary to the jalop bandwagon belief that things like that are “making up for something”, they are work trucks. Around me, every single one you see on the road is attached to massive horse trailers or to huge go-fast boats in the summer. Just because you see one without a trailer in

Hey! Screw you buddy! I love my R32 and there’s nothing wrong with it!

Yes! The Tracy Jeep Museum has a nice ring to it.
