I'm really curious to see if gamergate says anything about this game. One of their main complaints is that gamers are made out to be angry, violent people. And this game, coming out now of all times, really really paints gamers that way (fairly or not).

Because gamer gate is a movement based on hate. Started by a bitter ex hoping to ruin somebody's life. It's not legitimate and it never will be. No matter how many times you guys spam the comment sections of websites you claim to hate, yet still follow closely so you can always comment.

Gamergate has had fair articles. It's just that when you look at it fairly, they still come out looking like awful people.

Apparently it is kind of a guy thing. I'm a guy, and I stand to wipe, but not if I'm in a public stall. The risk of seeing/being seen through the crack (hehe) is too great. No it started with a very vocal minority of disturbed individuals who have then attempted to spin it into a legit movement. Because they can cause more harm when some people think their harassment has a point than if everyone knows they are doing it because they hate women who dare to disagree with them.
