Kind of still hate instant-explosion when your car touches the ground on any other part of other than your wheels. Falling from great heights was one of the top ways to deform your car, and now its like this.

Great article, a lot of the stuff you mentioned is a lot of the stuff I took for granted. The level design in a lot of places truly is great.

I think the ads are blown out of proportion. I like them, most of the time they are about the stuff I'm interested in, latest games, movies, maybe the occasional inappropriate clothing ad. But I think they're great

urhhh, must only be me then, but the enemies could easily kill you within seconds if you let them swarm you, if there was more than two, they could destroy you with their aimbot accuracy. i think the AI should be more forgiving imo.

I could not agree more, AC 1 even though the weakest in gameplay, was the most 'assassins creed' game there is. Thats the reason i didn't like AC 4, because i loved the hiding in the dark and killing from the shadows, but they just went overboard with 'YOU ARE A PIRATE NOW', i thought it was a fantastic game just one…

but if you watch the very first VGA reveal trailer, it shows snake on the bed unconscious with nothing in his head

Don't think its from the helicopter crash at the end of GZ if thats what your implying, since the trailers show the aftermath of the crash and snake has no shrapnel in his head.

huge DS series fan here, and everything you said is correct. DS 2 is still such a fantastic game, but lacks in those points you just mentioned, which is the reason why that I love DS 1.
