That feature has gone with the latest reward program update. Gamerscore tier affects nothing now. The multiplier is now based on you spending $150 per year on games. Micro$oft being shitty as usual. That rebate was the only reason I was ever invested in achievments.

like others have said, turn off notifications then they will barely exist. Doesn't really seem like much of a problem lol

Once saw a documentary on Hideki anno (creator of evangalion anime) and he was teaching kids how to animate like how he does in anime shows, and man it looked like one of the most long winded processes ever.

Thats weird, I'm sure Kojima is partially fibbing. With all those heavy scenes with Quiet, it doesn't seem true that a character like that can just vanish from the game at a moments notice.
