Let's get this out of the gray.

BREAKING: Pearl clutching at dangerously high levels in Lubbock tonight, citizen reactions at 11.

Judgmental finger pointing lady is awesome.

Unfortunately, dunk contest itself still considered terrible.

Oh man, I'm feeling some strange things inside. I'm so confused. I've never felt this before!! Hold on, let me check something....

From the hardon you have for hating Macklemore, it would seem as if you are fully aware of his existence.

"So does this mean we don't get pizza?"

It says PUNT but it was a field goal simulator. Total failure.

Kaepernick then promptly picked up a pay phone and exited the Matrix.

I got totally lost after "fingerless gloves"

Why don't you read some of the other comments, the ones from the Dakotas who talk about temperatures so cold salt stops working. How about the one from rural Ohio who doesn't see a road surface 3 months out of the year because NO ONE plows his roads because so few people live there.

Meh, whatever.

Hills and lack of preparation, like incestuous liaisons between siblings, are not exclusive to Alabama. In fact, in places like Idaho or Montana, you'll probably find all of the above in greater quantity. Rural roads might not get plowed at all, for the entirety of winter.

Plows don't even come out for two inches! That is absurd.

You clearly missed the point. Lack of preparation is NOT exclusive to the south. Many a northern town are ill-prepared for snow, for whatever reason. They do not send plows to salt. They have nothing to clear the main roads. The roads are as big of a mess as these are. Society as we know it STILL doesn't break down.

Here's the tip: if you're skidding on ice, slow down until you stop skidding. That is the entire trick to driving on unplowed roads.

Exactly... I can drive in 2 inches of show. I rarely do it, but if I had to (as to no abandon then in school) I could. I would just be very careful.

EXACTLY.

@S_T_R he's absolutely right - at least to some degree. To dismiss this argument out of hand is very narrow-minded of you. Yes, sure, some drivers on the road are assholes, but that's true no matter what state you live in. In this case, though, a large proportion of the problems are due to unpreparedness (they didn't

Assholes point to this as proof of Southern stupidity. That is assholish, even if the South is a shithole for many, many other reasons. More importantly, it's utterly useless. There are specific lessons to be learned here and blaming it on southern stupidity, or making excuses for poor planning, decisions, and driving
