It really doesn't matter because 1) They are not different enough in terms of specs for it to matter and 2) Developers are going to feel obligated to make each version as close to each other as possible so they don't offend one or the other, and to keep the development smooth.

Seriously does it really matter in the end? Go with whichever system you will enjoy playing more.
