Manus the Father of the abyss formed the darkness and it spread, poor knight Artorias fought against it and lost, and was consumed. Another destroyed Manus in his place, Now it spreads like a cancer, with its creator destroyed the fragments spread to different worlds.

this is the reason I spent my gaming time with an unplugged 360 and dark souls 2.
yesterday I spent the day playing Dark Soul2 because I have not beat it. My 360 is not plugged into the network because I had a feeling everything would be screwed up and it looks like I was correct. I will look to trying my ps4 back on in the new year. Also I got Dragon Age yesterday and just said I will wait, again…
