Ice and pepper/chili (or something sharpish) is a brilliant combination. An ice company I know sells chili-lemon sorbet ice and it's my favorite ice cream flavour.

A good way to lose weight (or not gain weight) is eating three times a day with no food (or soda) in-between. If you eat enough during those three times, you won't get hungry. If you think you're becoming too thin, eat more stuff during those three times.

If you like this kind of shooters I'd recommend EPOCH too. I bought it for a buck or something and it's really well-made and the graphics still hold up (it looks better than this game imo, might be the artstyle though) even though it's two years old.
