Which is a ripoff of catapult from like 1989…

Two people replied to your comment with intelligent arguments that are true and you act like an ass. GJ.

What Kyle said.

And yet again the majority of the kotaku community proves why it takes so long to move this medium we all love forward. It's sad really.

People always say this but it's actually never true. You have to compare all of the parts, not just the specs. Having an actually good trackpad, an actually good screen, and actually good keyboard etc are all important factors to a good laptop. Not just ZOMG eleventy gigs of ram.

MBA doesn't have an Atom processor…

You can read most of the replies to this story as a for instance. There are so many people here who are android fanboys ready to rally against apple when the fault in this case all falls on samsung. You can't sue for injunctions using FRAND patents, that's the whole fucking point of them.

Oh how little fanboys understand. It's just hilarious seeing you guys with no knowledge of the scenarios at play or even a will to get educated on the subject, writing essays about it.

Microsoft has like .8% of the smartphone market, so no…

You can't buy automatic weapons anyway, so not sure wtf you are talking about with that one.

Indeed. I feel dirty clicking on the google play link. ;)

Trademarks and Patents are not the same thing. If you want to have an educated and real discussion with people on this subject you should probably look into the difference…

Apple actually already bought that name from Cisco the company that owns Linksys. So yea…

Has that company released an ipad or tablet app of any kind? If not, then it's not relevant to the interests of this blog or this story. I am not trying to discredit them in any way, but gizmodo never covers hardware synths.

This is a tech blog… This is an article about an iPad app that just so happens to be about music. Calm down.

Why no lady on fish shirt? What is going on…

One thing to keep in mind when samsung and others like HTC release numbers, they only ever release SHIPMENT numbers and never actual sell through. So take those with a grain of salt, kosher or not. Though as other said Android users purchase less software also.

[Citation Needed] I have been in the tech industry in IT and development for over a decade and I use an iphone and macs, as well as every other IT professional and developer I know does. So please just quit making shit up.

At least you have to buy that app. So whoever paid for those reviews paid for copies of it…

How can you fucking people make these sweeping statements like this over and over? Apple users span from developers to soccer moms. JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER TECH COMPANY.
