I've put in exponentially more hours on those games above than both of the FPS fallouts and Deus EX. Both of those games are boring as shit. But that's just me.

Are you talking about mail.app? There are smart folders, regular folders and more, and it already breaks everything down by account. Click the "Show" button in the top left and you will see all your imap/pop folders etc.
