Big fan of Caitlin O’Heaney’s work in Tales of the Gold Monkey and as Miss Farmer in Three O’Clock High. I had a HUGE crush on her as a teenager.

Look, the guy was a Navy pilot. There’s zero chance that he never had a history of this kind of thing.

Bears mentioning too that he was the first black actor to play the lead role in Phantom of the Opera in the LA touring version of the show back in the late ‘80s. It was a big controversy at the time but he really did a wonderful job in the role.

I SWEAR TO GOD IF SOMEONE STARTS QUOTING TRAIN’S “50 WAYS TO SAY GOODBYE” I’LL WRECK THIS JOINT.

I just loved the fact that the writers and Bennett quintupled-down on the obviousness that Bob was gonna die. The only thing he didn’t say to telegraph it was that he was a couple of days away from retirement, but otherwise each successive line filled me with mounting glee because it was a rake gag of obviousness.

“Lisa!” “Ellen!” “...”

Super-annoying Tandy cannot hold a candle to titanically-aggravating Carol.

God, it’s such a hard call to make. His “Wait, what?” reax last season were my everything... right up until this episode, when he turned slowly to Michael and said, “...IN MY MOUTH!!!”

If I’m being honest, shitposting like @dril is the only thing that makes Twitter palatable for me most days. Absurdist, winking humor of that kind is a release valve that bleeds off the pressure that otherwise would make existing on the Internet unbearable.

Shouldn’t the headline say “gleaning,” or am I just behind on my millennial jargon?

Depends on the level of procreation desired by the two parties and OMG NOW I NEED TO BLEACH MY BRAIN

THOU SHALT NOT DISS MIKE POST THEME SONGS FROM THE 1980S.

Considering that Greedo’s body actor was a woman, this opens up all sorts of interesting narrative possibilities for Star Wars!

Honestly, this isn’t a progressive v. conservative issue. It’s an assholes v. humanity issue.

This poor Barstool “employee” just wants to be understood, guys.

You want to know the actual biggest impediment to real change?

Nor do you, obviously.

Fair enough. I personally found Stranger Than Fiction stylistically a bit too twee (although it was certainly a product of its decade), but any time Ferrell or Emma Thompson were on screen, it was like the movie found another gear.

This gag is mildly amusing. But the responses - THE HAWTEST TAEKS - are comedy gold.

Excuse me, but Stranger Than Fiction is a perfectly wonderful showcase of “serious” Will Ferrell.
