Waterheaters are more maintenance to maintain efficiency. Flush the tank, change the anode, replace the heating elements.....it will last years longer and use far less energy.

Did that a LONG time ago when the neighborhood was in much better shape. Didn’t hirt any that one of the neighbors back then was a state level cookoff bbq champ. For a keg and a locker full of meat he was more than happy to bbq anytime anywhere.....just had to keep a glass handy some of his spice rubs were nuclear…

You know there are really only a few “tiny URL” services out there. It really is the key failure point in these scams being able to cram arbitrary URL’s down to a non-informative link.
