For those who read non-fiction, I highly recommend "Game Over Press Start to Continue". It is a history of Nintendo during the 80s and 90s. I always found it amusing how everyone reflected on Yamauchi-san. An entertaining read actually.

Mr Yamauchi, you were Nintendo's "strict old man", but you piloted Nintendo to the top. For that you hold a place in my heart and memory. I know this will be a bigger deal in Japan, but for us gamers especially those from the 80s and 90s, you will be a respected memory.
