I think the problem with this one is that it's already a gag. Trying to one up it isn't as funny as making a joke from scratch. To stay on theme you basically have to make it an ad for any game with lots of items... namely Zelda.

The more this combines sonic adventure 1 and Sonic rush 1, the better! (music included).

@Tekknight: Honorable Mention goes to Sonic Heroes. Except I didn't go in expecting much. At first I thought the reviews were wrong. I mean I liked Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 a lot. But every other stage had some sort of torturous fall.

I'll have to say Body Harvest on the N64. It got great reviews in EGM and Shoe (editor who's gaming tastes usually match my own) especially praised it. I expected at least a DECENT game from the guys who later were part of the GTA3 team.
