A few things:

This is rather significant, as the USDA guidelines are widely used by many professional and home cooks. I believe it is relatively well known by many cooks that the USDA guidelines are a little on the high side of temps that are actually safe. The temps that they choose have to be on the side of 100% sure its safe at

That's about what I was expecting. I tend to be sensitive to becoming dehydrated, so I'm good at loading up on liquids and taking care of myself. I have a wedding tomorrow night, and I was going to donate early in the morning. We'll see how that goes. Going to grab some gatorades.

Been a very long week. Working overtime because we have some big projects that need to be at least far enough along to demo next Tuesday.

Nice. Although if I drank 5 cups of coffee a day, I'd have other health concerns because I'd never sleep. Now they need to do studies why a decent pour of bourbon every day is going to make me live forever =)

2,6,9, and 10 are the reasons I think I've changed my mind that my next phone will be a android phone and not a iphone. I have an online savings account through ingdirect.com and I would highly recommend it. Interest rates higher than most CD's you'll find.

Streaming movies and music is a luxury I enjoy.

I got a pair of the attached sony headphones a couple christmases ago, and I really like them. I have a big head, and they have held up fine. Use them at work. Great sounds quality. I'm not an audiophile by any means though. But night and day better than a lot of the low end earbuds I see everyone else wearing.

Lack of high speed internet is a big reason I couldn't get too far outside of the city I live in.

How about you just let me buy the damn thing?

Excellent tips. Just reading that makes me feel more relaxed.

Thanks for all the advice. I really appreciate it. I wouldn't necessarily say I'm a gamer, but this fall's BF3 sure would be nice to be able to play :-)
