I think meditation can take several forms for some people. I don't usually take the time to sit legs crossed in a dedicated room with soothing music. I do however like to lift weights and run, leaving myself to my own thoughts as I go about it. For me, this is my favorite way to 'meditate'.

This is my wife and I's first married V-day, but we rescheduled it and celebrated yesterday. She works nights during the week so I won't see her at all today. We just enjoyed each other's company and hung out. We did do shrimp for lunch and I made homemade heart shaped pizzas for dinner.

YES.
