Going to enjoy some Manhattans tonight. What are you indulging in this weekend?

@joe.glass: I keep track of meals on livestrong.com/myplate ([www.livestrong.com] it has helped a lot. It has a good interface and a huge food database. Its great because it makes you take responsibility for what you ate. It's too easy to say, 'Oh a brownie', and then block it out of your mind once you're done. This

@Wes: Give it a few more weeks

Hooray Friday. Unfortunately have some mixed emotions today due some family stuff going on. Because of this, I will post a link to a site that is a good cause and sums up my emotions pretty well:

As someone has already mention but thought I would emphasis: I recently started drinking 100% natural coconut water before going to bed. It's one of natures best ways to hydrate. Kicks the crap out of sports drinks. Works great.

I would maybe clarify: for working out and food consumption, try to focus on now to make it more manageable. But when it comes to weight loss, don't get hung up on the short term results. Weight loss is a process. Don't always expect on the lbs to fly right off. Shoot for 1 or 2 lbs a week. This shouldn't result in

Sigh. Tax time is here.

@kashell001: maybe don't put anything on there you wouldn't want other people to know?

Huh. I support transparency as much as the next guy. But this is kind of a high five to the forehead. "Hey, I can crack your app". In this day and age, I would say thats something someone could safely assume about any popular app.

Wow. As if Galaxy S owners weren't already riled up over not getting their updates, I'm sure this really sticks a for in it for a lot of users.

I work in cubical land and am curious to know of people that made the switch in a similar environment to mine.
