when I'm looking for something specific, I usually don't have any issues. But if I'm searching for something relatively broad, like 'best bourban', you get a lot of junk sites like the example above.

Lately my new release purchases have been from bestbuy because I've received a $20 giftcard with my game.
@jmd1513: maybe try and condense the day where you enjoy large amounts of crappy beer to just one day a week? Lots of diet plans allow for one day a week to do whatever you want.

Good read/advice. My wife recently changed jobs, and now works most weeknights, while I have a normal hour desk job. This means I'm eating by myself most nights. It's actually a lot easier to eat healthy when cooking for one.

For me: Continuing to eat healthier and working out. Working out part not an issue. Problem is I sure love food. Portions, portions, portions lol.
