Now they need to fix scout rifles. I only have 1 purple weapon it's a scout rifle, and it performs worse than my level 19 blue hand cannon. Hand cannon has just as good of range and headshots hit way harder.

The easiest way to fix this would be to add limits to item drops from enemies from the same spawn point. Say you can only get 3-4 engrams from a certain spawn point's enemies and once you reach that amount there is a timer where those mobs wont drop any gear after the limit is reached until a certain amount of time…
