You know I may sound crazy, but I think they took this game too seriously. The last two games primary function was to be fun, but in the age of triple A games bought solely on how well they’re hyped I think something may have been lost in translation.

I might be wrong but I simply perceived Snyders angle as a a dumbing down by only focusing on the superficial elements that would make the audience sympathetic 

It just makes more sense to use the pseudo real look in order to preserve the IP. Those designs aren’t very kid/fun friendly as they’re ecologist/biologist friendly.
