From everything I've seen, comparable winter tires to summer tires cost about the same on average. This comes from me shopping for both and seeing they're almost the same across the board, with all season and summers usually being more expensive.

Where do you have your charger set up? or did they not end up installing it anywhere? I live in a small apartment building so I'm not sure how they could set it up.
