The problem is that the localization manager post doesn’t really relate to all those awards, it’s not like the games were garbage until they got localized making his department key in the games achievements.

Considering most if not all the awards you are talking about occur before the year is over, the other ones should be bumped on the calendar instead of this one.

Does this work on all non boss encounters or only on enemy groups that you can easily beat? The mention of trash enemies makes me think that hopefully it’s just limited to battles that the game determines you can easily win.
