I hate my Platinum trophy addiction. But I love the challenge. I don't trophy whore games to increase my own personal level - I only get games that I want - but I try to get as far as I can in them. Sigh...
I still think that the best ads are the ones that have the DSi with New Mario Bros, then they use the mushroom, then it turns into the DSiXL.

@BloodEden: NICE. I LOVE Dead Space. To be honest, I thought that the One-Gun run was easier than using multiple guns. That way you were able to focus on one type of ammo and you rarely ran out, plus you could sell all extraneous ammo.
@the-hypnotoad: A platinum trophy signifies that you got every other trophy. The requirements for unlocking them say "Unlock every trophy." So it's just easily recognizable proof that you 100%'d a game.
Assassin's Creed 2 = Platinum Trophy.
