Interestingly, a judge usually requires valid proof of actual, serious, ongoing physical abuse, profound neglect, or clear exposure to dangerous people/practices/elements (as in witnesses, video, photos, etc.) Unfortunately, they don’t usually rule on potential negative outcomes or preventative measures without it.

I think the real issue is how women are vilified no matter what.
