I just posted the same thing. I am 99% sure Blink 182 has played state fairs.

This isn’t to excuse Eyre Festival, but if you are willing to fly somewhere and pay over 1k to see a music festival headlined by Blink 182 I just am never going to feel sorry for you.

I work at Conde Nast and I have a ton of respect for Anna Wintour. She didn’t get to where she is by being sweet and deferring to others’ opinions. She knows her shit.

Agreed. The September Issue was an interesting watch. I wouldn’t want to be friends with her, but I respect her. Not to mention that any man who had that kind of power over an entire industry would be lauded as a titan.

This seems exhausting.

Having watched and loved The September Issue I kind of like and respect Anna Wintour for what she does. I’m sure she hasn’t got to were she is now by being all sweetness and nice all the time.

Inside it’s just like a really expensive white girl wedding reception.

“It’s the Oscars of New York.

I don’t know- you ban Tim Gunn, I’m no longer a fan of yours.

Lonely men are a great and simple target audience.

We are past it. The articles are out there, the thinkpieces the well researched articles everything is out there already. Hence the I cant believe we are still dealing with this. The woman in the article listened when they told her she was appropriating she did her research and apologized. No more holding hands, no

I’ve never been an Archie fan, and honestly, was one of the people shitting all over the premise when it first was announced. I watched the first episode re-run about three weeks into the show, and DAMN. It really is worth watching.

Riverdale is what Gotham could have been if it had competent writers. It like Gotham knows its crazy and ridiculous and has embraced it. However its brand of crazy is under control allowing for a veneer of respectability to remain despite being one of the most insane series on television right now.

Watching my ride-or-die Sanders friends melt down on social media about this has been high-larious.

I’ve been thinking about this very issue, whether to start wearing a kippah in public. Thus far I’ve decided against it, because I sort of feel like doing so would be kind of disingenuous. I’m an atheist, but I also connect strongly to my Jewish heritage. I mean, I’m wrestling with this, which is what we Jews do -

I was going to complain about a hairy, sarcastic, brown neighbor who, I believe, has been eating my cats.

How is pranking these assholes hurting victims?

If I was American, I’d be calling to report that ICE was asking for my documents outside a courthouse.

Y’know, I was reading the stories about the prank calls and kind of chuckled. After reading this response, I feel like I have no choice but to join in... I mean, it’s not like you get many of these easy-to-perform and highly effective methods of pissing off ICE officials.

Silence of the Lambs, incidentally, is a deeply feminist film. I love this brief shot from near the beginning, which tells you basically everything you need to know about Clarice, the FBI, and the entire movie:
