Saw a woman yesterday with her left foot out the window while driving down the street. The way she was positioned, she never would have been able to react in an emergency situation.
I have a Pelican 1510 LOC which I use in addition to my Lowepro x200. I purchased the 1514 insert and swapped out the zippered section. It makes for a very secure laptop+camera solution and gives me some comfort when I'm worried my gear might be checked.
