Lots of “woke” people who’ve had the benefit of geek culture being mainstream tend to the be the ones who hate on it the most. Us old fucks that lived before then know what a true wasteland it was for anything approaching positive role models on TV for generations.

Exactly, these coasters have no idea what oppressively hot and humid is. I’ve been to Florida and Vegas in the summer. It’s hot but still livable.
