I do like Bill Simmons, but his arbitrary cut-offs that he comes up with are irritating. In that Dwight Howard article, he talked about the Lakers have 7 of the 13 greatest ever players. "Over 50%!"

Bill Simmons is getting to be like Gawker writers. He keeps playing the underdog card, even though he got his own website backed by ESPN and makes who knows how much money a year. Just like Gawker still calling itself a 'blog' even though it pulls in millions in revenue a day. Seriously, at least call it straight....
It's ok, though. They're liberals.
They couldn't think of a better name than "Porkins". Why not just call him "Fatty McFatFat"?
He was in the lineup at "home" and they won. Why risk going out on a loss? Good call to end when he did.
I'm still shocked that they have different rules in the AL/NL. How can you have one team that gets a DH, another that doesn't? It'd be like in the NFL if the AFC didn't get to use running backs.
Here's to hoping they do! I can't think of a single iOS game that's any kind of in-depth. I don't think we'll be seeing a Skyrim equivalent any time soon.
I about died at the horse exploding into orbit. That game had the best glitches. Donkey lady was just....wow.
"Kinda feels like a permanent $1 gumball machine in my pocket."
Sorry....you think he's going to be alive in 30 years?
Yet another example of report first, check later.
Why is it so hard to answer the effing question?
From my time walking through airports and killing time in bookstores, it seems that due to the popularity of the tv show, all the books now say GAME OF THRONES on the front, and then it has the actual book title in smaller letters.
Yeah....on my screen, the middle one drops his head down as the other 4 are up. So, 4 are in sync, and the middle is exactly opposite. It's mesmerizing.
Couldn't they just cut their pre/post-game panels from 15 guys down to like 6 or 7? That should do it!
Teamviewer has saved me many hours of walking-through on the phone. It's roughly 8,000% faster to just do it myself.
Actually, in some deployed locations that are built up enough, they will carry gaming consoles, etc.... However, one deployment I was on had to stop carrying iPods because they needed that initial connection to activate, and we didn't have any internet available (that was outside the .mil network). So, no activations.
You should play the lottery. You are most definitely an outlier. Also, one person (you), having a good internet experience doesn't mean everyone does.
As I replied to another person, of all the deployment I've been on, only two have had internet. Both were wireless-only in a communal area; nowhere near where you could bring an Xbox/PS and television.
