Building one is not an option for me as it doesn't give me additional benefits. I don't play games, neither I have specific need for some hardware component. Here is my setup on Samsung Galaxy S2 with Rooted Android 4.2.2, Nova Launcher, MIRO EX icon theme and cLock weather and clock widget. :)

Though it is true that this program comes bundled with Conduit, I don't think it forces you or silently installs the toolbar. At the very first step of the installation, it will ask you whether you want to install Toolbar, which you should leave unchecked to stay away from Conduit search and toolbar.
