I don't doubt that innovation could refresh the plastic guitar genre, but I have no idea what the innovation might be. I love the hell out of my Guitar Hero and Rock Band games, but it's a pretty limited concept. Things like Pro difficulty are interesting for a small group of people, but I feel like that just shifts…
