Only the finest quality game "journalism" for us!

No, seriously, this, I would love to hear an intellectual response. And I would also like to know why that paragraph was even remotely necessary. Am I supposed to feel Kim Kardashian's tragic struggle? Is this real life?

Definitely the right move to make. From what I can tell, games like Natural Selection are amazing when they work, but the vast majority of time you end up with an intense amount of rage because of how it's set up. God forbid if you're a noob commander, and god forbid if you get a noob commander.

Honestly, it's all I could think about. And it's not just the obvious things like the aesthetic or heavy emphasis on platforming puzzles. It's the character growth of two youths and their reliance on each other. It's how it relies on its visuals and overall world to tell the story rather than dialog. It especially has

"Indie does what Team Ico don't."

This game looks like absolute generic crap...until the dying starts. And the inner demon child from my Rollercoaster Tycoon past resurfaced. And now he is all I am. And there will be a slaughter.

Wait I know this and I'm having a huge brain fart. Who is he?!

Hey, so I've dumped almost almost six hours into Eidolon since yesterday and I still can't seem to find the "REAL crazy" stuff. I've found countless abandoned buildings, and of course the skyscraper graveyard featured in the trailers/photos...but is there more? It's been driving me crazy because I feel that despite

Yes! I knew I was forgetting a huge one, and that was it. It's funny because this game came up earlier today when I was talking to a co-worker about games that aren't horror, but are creepy nonetheless like Dark Souls, or Gone Home....which scared the crap out of me until the ending which brought a tear to my eye.

I actually did just that very recently. Be prepared for the noise the DC makes...

I've played and watched every single Dead Space everything including the movies and the iOS game...which was great. I just don't own the figurines since that's not my thing. And honestly, Dead Space 2 is my favorite. I stand by what I said, the series went too fast.

That soundtrack is just amazing. Sweet Soul Brother, and Rock It On are my other favorite tracks. I think I'll be listening to it today.

Lol you act like that's so unbelievable. I'm a huge skeptic subscribed to Skeptic magazine(seriously) and I don't even trust my own toilet. Stick 200 older moms in a room watching anything and you'd eventually get some reactions like this.

Nah. The immediate oversaturation of the property combined with the hugest microtransaction bullshit slap to the fans' face is what killed off the franchise. They changed it from a horror game to straight action within one sequel. This series went through the same life and history of the entire Resident Evil

It absolutely is! I was Dreamcast obsessed so it's a screen name I've often employed throughout the years.

Don't worry about it Yan, it's reversible!

Yeah he's pretty much doing the bare minimum necessary for every level to beat the final competition. It's a great run to watch either way.

Yeah as in the tools that God gave him. You can see his handwork in the top left corner during the vid which was a nice touch.

I'm losing my favorite game

I just got this today along with Mind: Path to Thalamus(this game is fucking beautiful). I LOVE these walkabout games! Games like Proteus, Dear Esther, Flower, Stanley Parable, and NaissanceE to a degree. These styles of games where soaking in the atmosphere is more important than perhaps the actual goal, if they even
